Civil Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all site civil works, including structural, finishing, and infrastructure activities.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and local authority regulations.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to foremen, technicians, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review and interpret drawings, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with engineers and consultants.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and inspection requests.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
• Verify quantities, monitor material usage, and support procurement as required.
• Assist in inspections, testing, and handover of completed civil works.
• Provide technical guidance and on-site solutions to teams during execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor in construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure).
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural works, finishing activities, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Good leadership and team management skills for supervising workers and subcontractors.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with consultants and project teams.
• Familiarity with local authority standards and submission requirements (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Emaar, Trakhees, etc.).
• Commitment to safety, quality, and timely project delivery.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
