Maintenance Manager – Real Estate (MEP & Civil Engineering Background)

We are conducting an Open Interview for the position of Maintenance Manager. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the real estate industry, with proven expertise in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and a civil engineering background.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations for real estate properties.
• Develop and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and train maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
• Manage budgets and optimize maintenance operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management within the real estate industry.
• Strong MEP background is mandatory.
• Civil Engineering qualification required.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 4,500 (depending on experience and qualifications).

Important:
Applicants without the required experience in Real Estate, MEP, and Civil Engineering will not be considered.
