Maintenance Manager – RMC

Job Description:

AC Plus Ready Mix is seeking a Maintenance Manager to manage complete maintenance operations of the RMC plant and fleet, ensuring maximum equipment availability, safety, and cost-effective maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance for RMC plant machinery and vehicles.

•Ensure timely pre-maintenance of all assets.

•Ensure availability of critical spares and control maintenance inventory.

•Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and reports.

•Ensure safety compliance and statutory requirements.

•Lead and supervise maintenance staff and vendors.

•Control maintenance costs and improve equipment reliability.

Requirements:

• Mechanical / Diploma / ITI.

• 3–5 years of experience in RMC plant or heavy equipment maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of plant machinery, vehicles, and tyre management.

• Basic computer skills and Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
