Post: Engineering & Maintenance Officer

Experience: 3-4 years in Pharma Industry

Job description:

• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all equipment and machinery used in the Pharma Formulation process.
• Responsible for all the breakdowns maintenance from Engineering side in process areas Equipments.
• Responsible to carryout Preventive Maintenance activity as per Procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Assist in the installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment and machinery.
• Responsible to co-ordinate with other departments & to monitor for the effective implementation of CAPA.
• Update the log books on daily basis.
• Management of the calibration programme.
• Management of the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme.
• Control and operation of site services (including water, Chiller, Compressed Air, ETP, STP, HVAC systems).
• Responsible for any other job responsibilities as and when assigned by Senior/HOD from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
