Maintenance Operator

One needs to be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting key equipment such as air compressors, water chillers, cooling towers, grinders, LT panels, servo stabilizers, and online UPS systems. These are the primary machines and equipment that one must have expertise in to perform effective maintenance. Additionally, although optional, it is beneficial to have knowledge of maintenance for EMB (extrusion blow molding) and IM (injection molding) machines.

• Plan, implement, and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for blow molding and injection molding machines.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems within molding machinery.
• Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and quality checks to maximize equipment uptime and product quality.
• Develop and execute maintenance strategies and schedules to minimize downtime and extend machine life..
• Maintain detailed maintenance records, documentation, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
• Handle emergency repairs and ensure fast resolution of production-impacting issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
