Maintenance Person / Handyman

Looking to hire a part time reliable maintenance person for repairs and general maintenance to various rental properties mainly in the Calhoun and Gordon County GA area for a real estate / property management company. Must have some experience in general handyman type repairs - basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc., and a reliable work vehicle. Any painting or flooring installation experience is a plus, but not required as part of the job requirements. Competitive pay based on experience / skill level. Typically most weeks would require around 20-30 hours per week of work, but could vary somewhat. Background check would be required. Employer would prefer any applicant to live within 15-20 minutes of the Calhoun, GA area as well.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.50 - $17.50 per hour
