The Maintenance Planner is responsible for improving work force productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts, and material. The role ensures that all maintenance work is properly planned, scheduled, and documented.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
  • Plan and coordinate maintenance work orders with operations and maintenance teams.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment history, and spare parts usage.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Support root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in shutdown and turnaround planning.
  • Suez residents are preferred for this onsite job.

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience as a maintenance planner or in a similar maintenance role “more than 3 years “.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Familiar with maintenance KPIs and planning techniques.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial plants.
  • Experience in Maintenance Budget planning
  • Knowledge of SAP
