Maintenance Planner

Preventive Maintenance Oversight

• Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for rigs to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
• Monitor adherence to maintenance schedules in line with company standards.

Data Management & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities (schedules, inspections, equipment history).
• Generate reports on compliance, performance metrics, and equipment reliability.

Communication & Coordination

• Act as the main point of contact between Head Office and rig maintenance teams.
• Communicate maintenance updates and schedule changes to stakeholders.

Resource Allocation

• Ensure availability and dispatch of spare parts, tools, and resources for maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with procurement/logistics teams for timely delivery.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all PMS activities follow company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
• Track certifications/inspections of equipment and maintain updated records.

Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement

• Resolve maintenance-related issues promptly with field teams.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance equipment reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
