Hiring Maintenance Planner

Duration:- 6 months ext

duty hrs:- 10 hrs + 1 hrs break/ 5 days working

Location:- Education city

Requirement

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance role
• Excellent computer skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting)
• Strong experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIs
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
• Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices – preferred with maintenance experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Support maintenance team by preparing work orders (printing/scanning) and closing them in the system
• Any other administrative duties, as required
