Maintenance Plumber

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment (e.g., pipes, valves, faucets, drains, water heaters, pumps).
• Carry out routine preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Install new plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances as required.
• Respond promptly to plumbing-related service requests and emergencies.
• Identify potential issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and system conditions.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff, contractors, and management to ensure efficient facility operations.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
