Maintenance Sales Manager

Job Description

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market.

- Lead the full sales cycle: lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, proposal development, and contract negotiation.

- Prepare and submit bids and tenders for fit out and maintenance contracts, including cost estimation and technical documentation.

- Analyze client requirements and tailor maintenance solutions accordingly.

- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote company services

Requirements:

- English and Arabic language knowledge.

- Communication skills

- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field

- Engineering diploma or certificate

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
