We Are Hiring: Service / Maintenance Coordinator – Riyadh
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Service / Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, specializing in commercial kitchen equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming service and maintenance calls from clients.
- Schedule and coordinate technician visits.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Contact suppliers for spare parts quotations, availability, and delivery tracking.
- Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate internally with sales, warehouse, and technical teams.
- Monitor pending jobs and ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintenance coordination or service administration (kitchen equipment industry experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests efficiently.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Based in Riyadh.
