JD: Maintenance Service Support

Job Summary:

It will be a Back-office role, where the candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing documentation, tracking equipment performance, and ensuring smooth communication between onsite teams, and Back-office team. The role primarily involves planning, coordination, and reporting rather than fieldwork, supporting both preventive and corrective maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with onsite and Backoffice teams.
  • Track equipment performance, breakdowns, and service schedules.
  • Attend calls and emails regarding equipment issues and log service requests.
  • Coordinate with service engineers for quick resolution of client complaints.
  • Maintain and update service records, equipment logs, and maintenance reports.
  • Follow up with clients for servicing, spares inquiries, and payments.
  • Prepare MIS reports, maintenance dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Manage vendor documentation, AMC tracking, and spare parts inventory.
  • Communicate with procurement and logistics teams for service and part requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Provide feedback and technical inputs to support maintenance and operations planning.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering | Electrical Engineering | Electro Engineering or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, operations support, or customer service (mechanical/equipment field preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Google sheet , knowledge of ERP / maintenance software is an advantage.

Salaries & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: ₹20,833 – ₹29,166 per month CTC.
  • Final salary will be decided based on the candidate’s experience and interview performance.
  • Employee will be on company payroll.
  • Eligible for all applicable labour law benefits.
