Maintenance Site Supervisor(civil)

Haji Hassan group is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to lead our properties maintenance team and oversee diverse property projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead & Coordinate: Oversee daily maintenance activities including masonry, joinery, finishing, and full renovation works.

* Planning & Scheduling: Organize daily tasks for foremen and teams, ensuring effective utilization of labor, machinery, and materials.

* Quality & Progress: Monitor all works against specifications to ensure high-quality execution and timely completion of projects.

* Safety & Reporting: Conduct daily health and safety toolboxes, manage site documentation (SRs, MRNs), and report progress to the Sr. Supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills:

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* 5+ years of experience in maintenance or site supervision.

* General technical knowledge in Civil and MEP.

* Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills (English knowledge required).
