What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, safety checks, and repairs throughout the facility
• Support preventative maintenance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Inspect and maintain equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)
• Complete and track work orders through our electronic system
• Prepare rooms for new residents and assist with daily building upkeep
• Maintain records, logs, and compliance documentation as required
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, or related procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
