Maintenance Staff

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs in rooms.
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems
- Fabricate and weld components as needed including wall/paint repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read and interpret schematics
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Leadership skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently

Schedule availability: Monday-Friday
