Key Responsibilities
- Office Maintenance: Cleaning workstations, meeting rooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas (dusting, mopping, trash removal).
- Hospitality: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Administrative Assistance: Photocopying, filing, printing, scanning, and distributing documents.
- Supplies Management: Restocking pantry items, stationery, and other office consumables.
- Errands: Moving outside the office for courier services, banking, or purchasing office supplies.
- Operational Support: Assisting with meeting setup, moving furniture, and reporting maintenance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: None required but should know how to speak and sit in an office environment.
- Experience: None required
- Skills: multitasking abilities, and punctual.
- Physical: Ability to handle physical tasks like lifting supplies or moving furniture.
- Attributes: Honest, reliable, and a tidy personal appearance.
Job Requirements
- Working Hours: Typically part-time (10 AM to 4 PM), overtime will be paid.
- Reporting To: Office Manager.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Rs12,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
