Maintenance Staff

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Staff member to help maintain the overall condition, safety, and appearance of our motel property. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of building maintenance, repairs, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in guest rooms and common areas
• Handle plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, and minor carpentry tasks
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and management
• Inspect rooms and facilities to ensure everything is functioning properly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas
• Assist with landscaping, trash removal, and exterior upkeep
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work flexible hours if needed
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Friendly and professional attitude

Schedule:

• Full-time / Part-time available
• Weekends and holidays may be required

Pay:

• Competitive pay based on experience

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
