Maintenance Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely response to technical issues.
• Conduct routine inspections of Labour Accommodations to identify, document, and resolve maintenance concerns.
• Oversee the execution of Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules to minimize breakdowns and prolong asset life.
• Manage emergency repairs efficiently to minimize tenant inconvenience.
• Collaborate with the Camp Boss to address maintenance requests and ensure tenant satisfaction.
• Source and coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, including proper handling of equipment and chemicals.
• Train and mentor the maintenance team to enhance performance and technical knowledge.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new maintenance staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Experience:

• Maintenance Supervisor: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driver License (Preferred)
