Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and helpers across different sites.
• Plan and oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations.
• Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor their performance.
• Drive to multiple locations/sites to conduct inspections and provide on-site support.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex maintenance issues (MEP, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil works).
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, materials, and equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Support the Facility/Operations Manager in preparing reports, estimates, and procurement requests.
• Act as a point of contact between management, technicians, and clients regarding maintenance matters.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Senior Technician in facilities management or building maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, civil works, and general maintenance.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (required to travel between sites).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and record keeping.
