Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations for port and yard equipment such as cranes, forklifts, terminal tractors, and other heavy machinery.
Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with safety and operational standards.
Monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and recommend necessary improvements.
Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow and quick response to breakdowns.
Maintain maintenance records, service logs, and reports accurately.
Lead, train, and guide maintenance technicians and mechanics during shift operations.
Ensure availability of spare parts and maintenance tools as required.
Participate in audits, inspections, and technical assessments related to maintenance operations.
Enforce company policies and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) procedures at all times.
