Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
To supervise overall hospital general maintenance issues troubleshooting and smooth flow of hospital maintenance activities.
Responsibilities and Duties

• To check and verify daily water levels in tanks, fuel status in generator & procure if required as per information from housekeeping or watchman.
• To check and verify Ambulance fuel status, running information, servicing as per the information provided by driver .
• Responsible for all maintenance activities (Electrical, plumbing, carpenter works) & all general AMC’s (Lift, Ac’s, UPS) agreement , equipment AMC will be given by purchase manager and records will be with reporting manager and filing the service reports.
• Daily checking of complaint books of all floors and resolve the maintenance issues
• Maintaining AMC copy; service persons contact numbers list &Equipment Down Register
• To maintain All Maintenance and bio medical equipment's (New & Old) asset data floor wise, also get the bio medical equipment calibrated from company personnel or by the operator in the hospital and entry into the register
• To make a monthly New equipment installation reports

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
ITI, Btech

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
