Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance and repair activities across the restaurant group. This role ensures that all outlets, equipment, and facilities are maintained in safe, efficient, and compliant working condition to support uninterrupted restaurant operations.

Must Have F&B/ restaurant Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all restaurant equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure timely repair of kitchen equipment (ovens, refrigeration, exhaust systems, dishwashers, etc.).
  • Handle emergency maintenance issues to minimize operational downtime.
  • Oversee maintenance of buildings, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, gas lines, and drainage.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment history.
  • Monitor the condition and lifespan of company assets and recommend replacements when required.
  • Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and external contractors.
  • Coordinate with approved vendors and service providers for specialized repairs and AMC contracts.
  • Review quotations, control costs, and ensure quality of work delivered.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets for all outlets.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising safety or quality.
  • Provide regular maintenance reports to management.
  • Coordinate with restaurant managers to prioritize maintenance needs and minimize disruption to operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid Driving License
  • Minimum 5–8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality groups.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, MEP systems, and restaurant facilities.
