Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), carpentry, painting, and other building systems. Must be able to traverse property and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance. Incumbent must be physically able to perform repairs when needed and must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds at a time. Work is performed under general supervision; however, the employee is expected to exercise independent judgment and discretion within the limits of established procedures
