Maintenance Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day to day maintenance activities for city buses, including mechanical, electrical and bodywork repairs.

· Consolidate the vehicle complains and allocate task to technician and monitor job process to ensure timely completion.

· Conduct daily inspection (General Check) of buses for roadworthiness.

· Respond to breakdowns and emergencies promptly and efficiently.

· Coordinate to store for timely availability of spare parts and consumables.

· Proactively inform store for upcoming service schedules and campaigns for stock availability.

· Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs in the system.

· Monitor workshop productivity and quality of repairs.

· Provide daily reports to management and operation team on fleet availability, downtime and critical issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering

· 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, preferably in city bus or heavy commercial vehicle.

· Strong knowledge of CNG and diesel buses mechanism, diagnostic and repair procedures.

· Excellent team management, communication and problem solving skills.

· Ability to handle breakdowns efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
