Job Title: Building Maintenance Foreman

Location: Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Building Maintenance Foreman with UAE experience and a valid UAE driving license.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of: gypsum works, tiles, interlock, electrical & plumbing works
• Experience in maintenance of villas, showrooms, and buildings
• Ability to supervise and manage maintenance works in Villas, Buildings, Commercial and industries spaces.
• To be able to Estimate, and do all types of maintenance works
