Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – Resort Operations

Location: Mayfair Woods Resort, Muppini, Edakkara, Nilambur,

Mayfair Woods, Muppini, a 4-star resort, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage all maintenance-related activities across the property. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of all facilities, equipment, and utility systems within the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all routine and preventive maintenance activities within the resort
• Handle maintenance and repairs related to electrical, plumbing, pumps, lifts, and utility systems
• Monitor and maintain equipment performance and service schedules
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
• Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and inventory of tools and spare parts
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
• Guide and supervise maintenance staff and technicians

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, pumps, lifts, and general facility maintenance
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills
• Prior experience in hotel/resort or large facility maintenance preferred
• Ability to manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently
• Good problem-solving and supervisory skills
