The role involves close collaboration between operations teams, vendors, and customers to ensure timely property maintenance and service delivery.

Role SummaryWe are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance activities, coordinate with vendors, and ensure service quality standards are consistently met.

This role requires a combination of office coordination and on-site supervision. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple maintenance requests, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand maintenance requirements for residential properties
• Assign and coordinate tasks with vendors and service partners
• Supervise on-site maintenance and repair activities
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are maintained
• Monitor timelines and ensure timely task completion
• Verify material usage and basic cost estimates
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and updates
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers regarding progress
• Address and escalate service issues when required

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Civil or related field preferred but not mandatory)
• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance supervision, site coordination, or property maintenance
• Basic knowledge of building repairs and maintenance processes
• Ability to assess quality of workmanship
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits
