Maintenance Supervisor

Job Purpose:

This role involves overseeing and managing maintenance activities across multiple subsidiaries and locations within Dubai. The responsibilities include supervising day-to-day maintenance operations, coordinating with teams, and handling facility and home-related maintenance activities as required. Please note that this position requires a valid UAE driving license and access to a car, as the role involves movement between different sites.

Job Description:

Operations & Supervision

• Lead and supervise maintenance staff (technicians, helpers, and contractors)
• Assign and monitor daily tasks to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities
• Conduct regular facility inspections and implement corrective actions
• Ensure smooth execution of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules

Technical & Maintenance Work

• Oversee electrical, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, and civil maintenance works
• Review and approve work orders, job requests, and service reports
• Coordinate emergency repairs and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns
• Ensure availability of spare parts and consumables

Contractor & Vendor Management

• Supervise outsourced service providers and contractors
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and company standards
• Inspect and verify completion of external works
• Improve and manage the supplier/contractor database
• Perform cost and quality analysis of quotations

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Enforce HSE policies and local safety regulations
• Conduct safety meetings and toolbox talks with the maintenance team

Administration & Reporting

• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and asset registers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports/checklists
• Assist in budgeting and maintenance cost control

Required Experience & Availability

• Strong hands-on knowledge of MEP and building systems
• Ability to work independently as a handyman when required
• Leadership and supervisory skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Valid UAE driving license and car
• Flexible to travel across multiple locations
• Willing to work extended hours when required
• 6 days working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
