Maintenance Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities for residential properties, ensuring high-quality execution and operational efficiency, while managing procurement processes to secure materials and equipment at optimal cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance Supervision:

- Supervise daily maintenance operations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil works).

- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

- Monitor technicians’ performance and ensure work is completed to required standards.

- Handle maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Procurement Management:

- Identify and plan maintenance-related material and equipment needs.

- Source and evaluate suppliers; negotiate prices and terms.

- Prepare and process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of essential items.

- Evaluate supplier performance and improve procurement efficiency.

Reporting & Monitoring:

- Prepare periodic reports on maintenance activities and costs.

- Analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements.

- Track maintenance and procurement budgets.
