Maintenance Supervisor
Near Charleston, SC | $110K - $125K Base + Bonus + Strong Benefits
We’ve partnered with a stable and growing industrial manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations within a heavy manufacturing environment.
This is a highly visible, floor-focused leadership role supporting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the production floor, supporting technicians, solving problems, and improving uptime — not sitting behind a desk all day.
What You’ll Be Doing

Lead and support maintenance technicians on shift

Drive preventative maintenance (PM) programs and scheduling

Troubleshoot equipment and operational issues

Improve equipment uptime and reliability

Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts

Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and maintenance priorities

Work closely with production and plant leadership
What They’re Looking For

Strong industrial maintenance background within manufacturing

Experience with:

Hydraulics & Pneumatics
-
Bearings, Motors, Valves & Sensors

Industrial Troubleshooting
-
Preventative Maintenance Programs
-
Prior leadership or supervisory experience

Heavy manufacturing or steel experience preferred

Some industrial electrical exposure is a plus
