Supervisor Maintenance: Batching Plants & Super Swingers

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of batching plants and related equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot mixers, gearboxes, motors, conveyors, screw conveyors, pneumatic systems, compressors, hydraulic units and batching controls.
• Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
• Monitor condition of mixer assemblies, bearings, rollers, chains and drive systems.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with production and site operations.
• Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, calibration and maintenance records.
• Manage spare parts requirements and maintenance manpower.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and OEM maintenance standards.

Requirements

• Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical or related discipline.
• 5–8 years’ experience in batching plant maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of gearboxes, hydraulic systems, motors and electrical troubleshooting.

Candidates having experience on Stetter batching plants will be preferred.
