We are currently looking for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor cum Foreman with proven UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in civil engineering practices within the UAE, including knowledge of local regulations, authorities, and project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and municipal regulations
• Excellent communication and site supervision skills
• UAE Driving License

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction activities
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare project reports and documentation
