Maintenance Supervisor – Filling & Packing Machines (Bottle, Jar, Tin, Pouch)To supervise and ensure the smooth functioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown repairs of bottle, jar, tin, and pouch filling machines in the edible oil packaging section, minimizing downtime and ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and compliance with food industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operation, preventive, and corrective maintenance offilling, sealing, capping, labeling, and packing machines (bottle, jar, tin,and pouch).

 Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to reduce breakdown time.

 Monitor machine performance and identify improvement opportunities. Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all packaging machines.

 Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and breakdown reports Allocate jobs, provide technical guidance, and ensure proper execution.

 Maintain stock of critical spare parts and consumables. Strong knowledge of filling and packaging machines (bottle, jar, tin,pouch).

 Expertise in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

 Experience in maintenance of packaging machinery, preferably in theedible oil / FMCG / food processing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Alwar, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
