What You Will Be Doing

As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

- Lead functionality and reliability improvement of all production and facility equipment (including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems)
- Manage and schedule all facility and equipment work assignments
- Perform and execute preventative maintenance, implement safety procedures and manage all building costs and budgets
- Evaluate facility employee performance and conduct training + supervise maintenance staff

What You Need for this Position

Requirements: 
1.)  5+ years Industrial equipment repair / systems experience (Industrial environment or military)
2.)  2+ years Supervisory experience
3.) Strong level of equipment knowledge (i.e. electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, machinery, pipe systems, boilers, HVAC, etc.)
4.)  Advanced leadership, communication and analytical skills
