Maintenance Supervisor (Male)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations across the project
• Manage and guide maintenance staff (electricians, plumbers, technicians)
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules
• Inspect building systems including electrical, plumbing and civil works
• Conduct regular inspections of every apartment in the building to ensure proper functioning of fixtures, fittings, and utilities
• Identify faults and arrange timely repairs in apartments and common areas
• Ensure maintenance of lifts, generators, water systems, and other facilities
• Handle maintenance complaints from residents and resolve them quickly
• Maintain records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized work
• Ensure safety standards and building regulations are followed

Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge (electrical, plumbing, civil maintenance)
• Leadership and team supervision skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Good communication skills (for dealing with residents and management)
• Time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering
• 1–3 years of experience in building or real estate maintenance
• Experience in apartment/building maintenance preferred
