Maintenance Team Leader

To follow up and review all planning and summary schedules, repairs completion at minimum cost and ensuring proper maintenance quality.
· Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.

· Manages maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.

· Participates with the maintenance team in the process, plant and equipment on maintenance and troubleshooting as required.

· Liaises with Operation Team Leaders to ensure smooth implementation of repair and maintenance as required

· Carries out any other duties related to his area of expertise as assigned by the O&M Manager

· Ensure to follow and comply on all HSE related Responsibility, Accountability and Authority.

· B.Sc. in related Engineering discipline.

. Mini 10 years’ experience in the operation and maintenance of large scale STW.
