Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Adena Greenfield, Greenfield, Ohio

Full time: 100% - 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday

Position Summary: The Maintenance Repair Technician is expected to perform routine, emergency and preventive maintenance activities proactively and proficiently. The Maintenance Repair Tech specializes in one or more of the following trades: Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Fire Suppression. The Maintenance Repair Tech supports operation, inspection, and processes to all electrical, mechanical, fire suppression, and equipment systems in the facilities. This position does provide some direct patient care. Carries out daily activities under guidance and direction of the Manager and Director. Works collaboratively with all patients, visitors, and staff to provide a warm, welcoming, safe, and professional atmosphere.

Required Educational Degree: High School Diploma or GED Major/Area of Concentration:

Preferred Education: Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: Certification or documentation confirming knowledge relating to Electrical, HVAC or Plumbing. De-escalation training within 6 months. Preferred Certifications, Credentials and Licenses:

Required Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in Electrical, HVAC, or Plumbing Preferred Experience: Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Due to the critical/life safety nature and responsibilities of this role, a personal smart phone is required for use during work or on-call.
