We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Team.

Responsibilities will include:

· Office painting

· Basic Carpentry and plumbing

· Basic trouble shooting and Electrical works

· Light replacement and light fitting repair

· Good in Cabling management

· Work with contractor for major jobs

· Monitor the work of contractors

· Responsible to maintain the 5Star appearance of each floor

· Purchase materials and spare parts to be use

Work Schedule / Day off:

· 3PM – 12AM – weekdays

· 10:00 AM to 7PM - Weekend

· Wednesday and Sunday – Day off

STRICT REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in MEP, carpentry and general maintenance
• Valid UAE Driving License

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good communication skills
• Organization and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
