- General Maintenance & Repairs
- Carry out daily maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Preventive Maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, back-of-house, and public areas.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance as per the hotel’s maintenance plan.
- Identify potential issues and resolve them before they become major problems.
- Guest Service Support
- Address guest complaints or requests related to maintenance in a professional and timely manner.
- Minimize disruptions to guests while performing repair work.
- Ensure all maintenance activities align with guest comfort and safety standards.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow all health, safety, and fire regulations.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and hospitality standards.
- Teamwork & Coordination
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front office to prioritize maintenance work.
- Support other departments during peak operations (events, emergencies, etc.).
- Report major repair needs or replacement requirements to the Maintenance Manager.
