Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of equipment and machinery used in the foundry, particularly EOT cranes. Other equipments inlcude sand mixing machines, electrical panels, bucket chargers, and variable frequency drives. This role ensures that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, minimizing downtime and optimizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform regular maintenance and inspections of equipment primarily EOT Cranes to ensure optimal performance.

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment.

- Conduct preventive maintenance as per the schedule and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High School or Diploma or higher.

- Proven experience (5 years+) preferably in Foundry or Steel Plant or Crane Manufacturer etc.

- Proficiency in Electrical systems with working knowledge of grinding/welding

Additional Information:

- This is a full-time position based at our manufacturing unit in Howrah, West Bengal.

- Shift Duration: 10 Hours

- Working Days: 6 days/week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
