Maintenance Technician

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and conduct routine repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility structures.
• Perform regular checks of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure they are functioning correctly and meet safety standards.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues.
• Complete scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns, which can include tasks like lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement.
• Keep track of supplies, parts, and tools, and reorder them as needed.
• Ensure all work is done in compliance with industry safety standards and protocols.
