MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

General:

Skills: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.

Work Experience: References required

Properties in the Short North of Columbus since 1983

Pay and Benefits:

Excellent compensation: $27-30/hour commensurate with experience, skills, etc.

Monday to Friday 8:15 – 5:00

Emergency Maintenance On Call (6 person rotation)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
