What role you will play in team
Maintain and repair hotel facilities

What you will do
Diagnose and fix plumbing
electrical
HVAC
and other facility issues
Key responsibility
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on hotel facilities
including plumbing
electrical
HVAC
and other systems
Diagnose and repair malfunctions using specialized tools and equipment
Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
Respond to guest requests promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with other technicians and supervisors to resolve complex issues
Required Qualification and Skills
ITI or Diploma in Electrical
Mechanical
HVAC Engineering
0
1 year of experience in hotel maintenance
preferred

Knowledge of plumbing
electrical
and HVAC systems
Ability to use specialized tools and equipment
Strong problem
solving skills
Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
