Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
We are looking to hire a competent and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, reliability, and safety of plant machinery and facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise in pneumatic systems, electrical maintenance, welding, and mechanical repair to support uninterrupted production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on pneumatic machinery and related systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults, including wiring, panels, and control components.
• Carry out welding and fabrication work for machinery repair and structural support.
• Execute mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhauling of production equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to minimize equipment downtime and operational risks.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
• Document maintenance activities and promptly report critical issues to the concerned department.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Strong hands-on experience with pneumatic machines and systems.
• Sound knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to industrial maintenance.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Qualification and Experience:

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
