Job Description:

• Position Title: Management Trainee Officer (Technical)
• Qualification: DAE / B.Tech / BE (Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics or relevant field)
• Experience: Fresh to 1 year (preferred)
• Salary: 40k

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the technical and maintenance team in daily operational activities.
• Support troubleshooting and basic maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Learn installation, repair, and maintenance procedures under supervision.
• Follow safety standards and company SOPs during technical work.
• Maintain basic records of maintenance activities and breakdowns.
• Coordinate with supervisors for assigned technical tasks.
• Participate in training sessions and on-the-job learning programs.
• Support smooth operations at assigned sites or locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
