FEMALE TRAINEE ENGINEER FOR Mechanical,Metallurgy, Materials,Manufacturing

• B TECH ,DAE or masters in relevent fields . Need Females with engineering background .
• Cosmos Engineering is looking for a passionate Proactive Trainee, Technical associate with excellent engineering, Technical, Presentation and Communication skills. Having sound knowledge of Heavy Mechanical, Electrical and process industry, Metallurgical, manufacturing industry products and assist to design solutions and assist salespersons to up-sell and cross-sell Engineering products.
• Establishes and maintains an effective and efficient administration and communication system in accordance with tender, Project and contract requirements.
• Reviews daily work schedules/plans, identifies opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, maximize use of resources, etc.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
• Prepares contractual and commercial aspects of any support works and service tenders required by projects, in consultation with Project and Commercial Team.
• Prepares and compiles tender / contract documentation, with legal and finance Team to ensure viability, legality, interpretation and ease of administration.
• Participates in the technical and unpriced commercial evaluation of tenders and then leads the subsequent priced commercial evaluation of technically acceptable offers.
• Prepares tenders, compliance sheet, techno-commercial evaluation report and recommendations.
• Close follow up with customer regarding bill, Bid amount and submitted tenders as well as supplier's contractor’s reimbursement and valuation submissions, and coordinates with the Finance Division as required.
• Reviews, advises and negotiates as part of constituted team, revised terms & condition, variation order requests, change orders, claims in liaison with responsible management.
• Assists Techno commercial Team in compiling ,making, obtaining and assessing cost and compliance sheet and Technical broacher.
• Provides relevant data to the finance team and provides facilities for performance analysis of the historical tender / contract matters.
• Coordinates the final ‘close-out’ of completed contract(s) by ensuring proper resolution of all outstanding issues.
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• To assist and visit to customer all over Pakistan as and when required with business development, operations, project engineering, and top management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Superior and Top Management from time to time

• PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO NEAREST AREA (NORTH KARACHI, NEW KARACHI, NORTH NAZIMABAD ,SURJANI TOWN )

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
