Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure smooth and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily inspection of equipment, machines, and building systems.

Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.

Handle repair and troubleshooting of machinery, electrical panels, motors, pumps, and HVAC units.

Respond to breakdown calls quickly and resolve issues efficiently.

Install, maintain, and repair lighting systems, wiring, switches, and fixtures.

Maintain records of maintenance work, equipment logbooks, and PM schedules.

Assist in facility management—carpentry, painting, plumbing, welding as required.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and report hazards immediately.

Coordinate with vendors for major repair or replacement work.

Support other departments during equipment installation or relocation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
