Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilites

  • Perform preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, fryers, grills, refrigerators, freezers, etc.
  • Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns.
  • Conduct regular inspections and report potential problems.
  • Maintain maintenance records and service logs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with external service providers when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in the maintenance of kitchen equipment or a related technical field.
  • Ability and knowledge to troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen appliances.
  • Basic understanding of safety standards and regulations.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
