Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to optimize operational performance through proactive and reactive maintenance. The role ensures all machines, equipment, and production lines operate efficiently while adhering to safety procedures to maintain a safe workplace and protect plant assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Maintenance
• Execute and maintain maintenance plans for machines, equipment, and production lines.
• Troubleshoot major technical and equipment problems to enhance production line performance.
• Apply best practices to reduce maintenance downtime and optimize operational and energy efficiency.
• Respond to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize production disruption.
• Maintain facilities in compliance with internal and external regulations, ensuring subcontractor safety and control.
• Ensure all breakdowns are resolved using advanced fault-finding techniques to maximize equipment uptime.
• Complete all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Compliance
• Follow occupational health and safety practices.
• Implement emergency response procedures during critical situations.
• Conduct regular checks of testing equipment to ensure safe operations.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Accurately complete required documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CNC sheet metal machines (laser cutting, punching, bending), robotics, and welding machines.
• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ability to read schematic/control drawings.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision, high accuracy, and attention to detail.
